Ryan Mollberg is a fourth generation realtor. His first job was to clean and care for the homes listed with his family’s business, Mollberg Agencies. He has since built, renovated and rented out, and secured financing for a good number of houses. Ryan's Bio

Ryan’s entrepreneurial passion and work ethic started early. He worked in the family real estate business, making sure each listing was looking its best. His first business venture was to open a sports card store, which he would run after school.

This passion took him to the University of Saskatchewan, College of Commerce. Ryan majored in finance and worked his way up in the banking world. He worked in the wealth management team and as a small business advisor. In 2006, Ryan stepped out on his own again but this time as a mortgage broker.

In January 2017, Ryan came back to his realtor roots. That is when he received his license to sell residential, commercial and farm real estate. He started M Realty as an extension of his love for real estate and business.

Ryan’s true pride and joy is his family. His goal is always to provide for his wife Nichole and four children: Oliver, Leni, Charlie and William. There may yet be a fifth generation of Mollberg realtors.
